Shipping Policy

At Let’s Shop SA, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping details below.

1. Delivery Costs

• To-the-Door Delivery: R100 – R160
• Pietermaritzburg Pick-Up: FREE

Note: Final delivery costs may vary depending on your location.

2. Processing Time

Once payment has been processed and confirmed, orders are packaged and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

• Custom Perspex Orders: Made to order and may take up to 6 weeks
• Out-of-Stock Items: You will be notified and shipping will be delayed until restocked

3. Delivery Timeframes

Courier services operate Monday to Friday. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Durban: 2–4 days (Order before 12PM for faster delivery)
• Johannesburg: 2–4 days
• Cape Town: 3–5 days
• Outlying Areas: Up to 7 days

4. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. If you are unavailable, you may provide an alternative delivery address (such as your workplace).

5. Packaging

All items are securely packaged in boxes or protective flyers. Fragile items are carefully wrapped to ensure safe delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or message to monitor your shipment.

7. Failed Deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to Let’s Shop SA.

Any additional costs for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect information, Let’s Shop SA reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees or cancel the order subject to applicable deductions.

8. Pick-Up Orders

Once your order is ready, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
