6. Custom & Personalised Orders

All custom or personalised items (including Perspex products) are made to order and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.

• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details

8. Returns & Refunds
