1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- The item does not fall under non-returnable categories
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised or custom-made items (including Perspex products)
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Photos of outer packaging
- Photos of inner packaging
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
4. Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number
- Wait for return approval
- Package the item securely (double-boxing recommended)
- Send the item back to us

5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable
- We are not liable for damage due to poor packaging
Important: Improper packaging may result in a 10% repackaging fee or rejection of the return.
6. Refunds
- Processed within 5–10 working days after inspection
- Refunded via original payment method
- Bank processing may take 2–3 additional days
7. Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
